We are an elite oral surgery practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients and providing first-class service to our referring doctors. Our team is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual to support us in growing the practice and continuing to serve our community with all their oral surgery needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will assist surgeons during surgical procedures by performing various tasks such as tissue retraction, intravenous line management, and documentation completion.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing preoperative and postoperative duties to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Verifying patient identities and operative sites.
  • Discussing surgical procedures with surgeons, including operative consent and exposure methods.
  • Maintaining aseptic technique throughout procedures.
  • Ensuring an unobstructed operative field using surgical retractors, sponges, and suctioning and irrigating equipment.
  • Determining the availability of necessary equipment and supplies for procedures.
  • Obtaining and inspecting sterile and non-sterile surgical equipment, supplies, and instruments.
  • Operating sterilization devices.
  • Monitoring patient status during procedures.
  • Obtaining dental radiographs and imaging.
  • Completing patient clinical narratives.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • BLS certification is mandatory or must be completed within one month of hiring.
  • At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • DAANCE certification is desirable.
  • Licensed dental assistant status is advantageous.
  • Radiology certification is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to this compensation, we provide:
