About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to provide direct patient care, monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and as part of a cross-functional team of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients' vital signs and administering medications
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Build long-term relationships with patients, providing emotional support and education on kidney disease management
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
