Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns through effective problem-solving and communication
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Document and process customer claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • State or Federal work experience
