Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment to the highest standards.
- Properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Stock locker rooms with essential supplies and paper products.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the Club Manager.
- Follow our Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
- Custodial experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work overnight hours (10:00pm to 6:00am) is essential.
- Punctuality and reliability are must-haves.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Honesty and a strong work ethic are essential.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift over 75 pounds.
- Exposure to occasional toxic chemicals.
