About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of store processes, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase customer loyalty
  • Lead and develop your team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction scores and maintain high levels of team productivity
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and promote a positive work environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication among team members
  • Support training and development initiatives to ensure team members have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays and other sales-promoting activities

Requirements

  • 12+ months retail experience
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing teams
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50 - $23.35 hourly, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match. Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and perform tasks that require fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
