Job Title: F&B Bartender

Resorts World New York is seeking a skilled F&B Bartender to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced F&B Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and take beverage orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Verify the age of customers and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Mix and serve a variety of drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages to our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all necessary tools and products are readily available.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Process guest bills and handle transactions in a cash register.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to prevent problems and liability.
  • Develop an efficient work pace to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Keep bottles organized and wash glasses as needed.
  • Understand and comply with local identification and drinking age laws.
  • Manage the intake of each guest to prevent over-intoxication and drinking and driving.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of all applicable rules and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 21 years or older.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • One year of experience in customer service and bartending in a high-volume establishment.
  • ABC license.
  • NYS Food Handlers Permit.
