Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Living Center for Donation team as a Transplant Coordinator II. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care for living donors throughout the donation process. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate referrals, screenings, and evaluations for potential living donors">
  • Assess donor compatibility and develop care plans">
  • Provide education and support to donors and their families">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports">
  • Collaborate with the transplant team to ensure continuity of care">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSN degree from an accredited nursing program">
  • A minimum of four years of experience as a professional nurse">
  • CPR certification">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment">
