Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Architect Lead to join our team at Tada Cognitive Solutions. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of Product Architects and fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of Product Architects to design and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming with SQL and Python, and possess knowledge in Applied Machine Learning, Applied Econometrics, Time Series Analysis, Statistics, and Data Analysis using Python and Excel.
  • Design and maintain business capability maps to seamlessly connect strategy with execution.
  • Identify business capability needs and collaborate with technical teams for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Develop reusable components for software and data platforms, catering to diverse business needs.
  • Effectively communicate with engineers, business owners, and senior leaders through articulate written and verbal skills.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, providing support for project and operational initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and exchange within the organization.
  • Devise and oversee detailed schedules and project plans for effective project management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product development and architecture.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
  • Knowledge in Applied Machine Learning, Applied Econometrics, Time Series Analysis, Statistics, and Data Analysis using Python and Excel.
  • Ability to design and maintain business capability maps.
  • Experience in developing reusable components for software and data platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
