As a Radiation Therapist with US Oncology Network-wide Career Opportunities, you will play a vital role in supporting our N Austin, Texas location. This position involves administering radiation therapy treatments to patients, accurately delivering and recording these treatments, and participating in clinical instruction for newly hired therapists and students. Your responsibility will also include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
  • Deliver and record radiation therapy treatments accurately, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Participate in clinical instruction of newly hired therapists and students, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Assist in maintaining patient appointment schedules, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
  • ARRT certification and valid state license for radiation therapy required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet physical demands.
