Job Description:This position requires the successful candidate to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with students, parents, and school staff.
Responsibilities:- Providing high-quality nursing care to students with various health needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student health information
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A valid RN license
- At least one year of experience in a pediatric or med-surg setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, education, and location.
