Salary:

The salary for this position is $300,000 per year, with a guaranteed two-year term and production incentives. In addition, a $50,000 commencement bonus is offered, along with a $25,000 longevity bonus at the end of each year for three years. A $15,000 relocation allowance is also provided to help with moving expenses.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Child Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Waterloo, Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for treating children and adolescents, with the option to treat adults if interested. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering a choice of a 4-, 4.5-, or 5-day work week. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and experience working with pediatric patients.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a strong background in child adolescent psychiatry and be licensed to practice in Iowa. Experience working in a clinical setting is highly desirable, as well as a willingness to relocate to Waterloo, Iowa.
