About the Role:

As a Neonatal Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized care to newborns in high-level NICUs or Neonatal units. This role requires assessing neonates' health status, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans for optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to neonates in critical care settings.
  • Evaluate and manage complex medical conditions of newborns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to ensure growth and development.
  • Educate parents on proper neonatal care, breastfeeding techniques, and health issues for a smooth transition to home care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license.
  • BLS certification.
  • Two years of recent Neonatal RN experience.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
