We're seeking an experienced Telecommunications Program Manager to lead our Base Infrastructure Modernization Program (BIM) projects. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee program execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality results within established budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of BIM projects, ensuring alignment with program management office goals and objectives.
  • Direct liaison between customers and Lumen's BIM program management office for pre-sales activities, project planning, and execution.
  • Develop and implement complex base infrastructure network modernization services and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of contract requirements.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships, particularly with contracting officers' technical representatives and senior management.
  • Manage process/procedural changes, with a thorough understanding of Federal Government contracts and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years professional experience in government telecommunications program management, data services transition, and implementation management.
  • Project Management Professional/Project Management Institute (PMP/PMI) certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience maintaining excellent customer relationships, especially with the contracting officer's technical representative (COTR) and senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, stressful environment.

Location and Salary

This role is based in various locations, including Colorado, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia. The estimated salary range for this position is $93,210 - $124,280 per year, depending on location and individual qualifications.
