Job Overview

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating cash transactions through daily reconciliation and generating a cash report.

This role involves various tasks associated with freight invoices, cycle counts, and Caterpillar parts claims.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing daily cash reports
  • Reviewing and submitting freight invoices for payment
  • Processing TEPS/customer emergency back order parts
  • Reviewing documents for eligible invoicing
  • Coordinating novelty stocking
  • Submitting Caterpillar parts claims for shortages, overages, and shipped as
  • Maintaining emergency back order status
  • Assisting in resolving parts inventory issues
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual skills are preferred.
