Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Sioux Falls Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during their continental breakfast experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide highest quality service to guests at all times.
  • Respond appropriately to any requests or concerns.
  • Follow all safe food handling procedures.
  • Maintain the breakfast area in a clean, functional manner.
  • Inform management of any guest-related problems or shortages of core items.
  • Be knowledgeable of safety and security measures of the hotel.
  • Be able to work early morning shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
  • During peak business times or employee shortages, be willing to assist with duties in other departments.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass certification from the health department if required.
  • Prior food handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other employees and guests.
  • Ability to follow instructions as directed.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand basic English.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently.
