Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering and recording medications and treatments as needed.
  • Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and their families, promoting a smooth transition to home care.
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities, ensuring seamless coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s), ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Record patient charts, documenting observations and responses to nursing care rendered, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned, demonstrating leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current and Valid RN license
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • First aid and CPR certifications
