The Patient Access Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff by answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments for various clinics. This role requires strong communication skills, prioritization, and the ability to provide clear and effective instructions to patients. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated customer service experience in a medical or fast-paced retail environment, with a strong preference for call center experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm EST, with the option for 100% remote work.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a medical or fast-paced retail environment
  • Call center experience preferred
