As a Licensed Practical Nurse with LeadTime Staffing, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts and locations, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. Our competitive hourly rate of $34-$40 ensures that you are fairly compensated for your skills and experience.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 2 years of nurse experience in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care. You will also need to be licensed as an LPN in Colorado and have active IV certification. In addition to these requirements, we value candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

In terms of responsibilities, as a Licensed Practical Nurse with LeadTime Staffing, you will be responsible for providing patient care under the direction of nurse supervisory staff, following established health, sanitary, and infection control policies, and administering medications according to facility policy and procedures. You will also be expected to provide professional, respectful, and compassionate nurse care to all patients, recognizing changing patient conditions and emergency situations and appropriately intervening when necessary.
