About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and patient individual to join our growing team as an ABA therapist. In this role, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy sessions to assigned clients, ensuring a safe and positive environment at all times
  • Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Reporting daily observations and critical data to monitor client progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Participating in regular supervision sessions to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality care

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in a school or home setting
  • A Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT); if not currently certified, we will support your training within 3 weeks of starting
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English
  • A strong ability to work flexibly, including part-time schedules with opportunities for full-time hours
  • An understanding of confidentiality principles and excellent problem-solving skills
  • A demonstrated capacity to stay organized in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
