Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and ADLs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Valid California RN license, with BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse I, with 1 year of experience in a comparable role in a 100-bed hospital.
- ED or CCU experience preferred, with OR or PACU experience also desirable.
