IT Support Specialist

The Airship AI support team excels in creative problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing a "one stop shop" for clients. As an IT Law Support Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for our clients, working closely with the Support and Sales teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our law-based software, servers, virtual machines, and cloud environments
- Communicate with clients to gather issue details and provide clear solutions
- Collaborate with field technicians to install and replace hardware
- Train clients on new systems and software
- Travel to on-site locations as needed
- Create and complete detailed tickets for issue tracking
- Resolves customer environment issues during mission-critical situations
- Work off business hours to address critical matters based on a on-call rotation support model
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Applicants must have 1+ year of customer service experience and training in Computer Science-related fields. Preferred qualifications include experience working with diverse teams, excellent verbal and written skills, and self-driven initiative. Knowledge of ticketing systems, project management software, Microsoft 365, and Airship's proprietary software is required. A background investigation may be required, and applicants must be willing to undergo one to determine suitability for employment.
