Job Title: Fitness Instructor - Part Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Planet Fitness - Glow Brands. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes and providing guidance to members on their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead group fitness classes, including creating and following a schedule
* Consult with members on their fitness goals and provide guidance on equipment use
* Create bi-weekly updates with a variety of exercises
* Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic
* Assist with front desk activities, including answering phones and checking members into the system

Requirements:

* Passion for fitness and health
* Upbeat and positive attitude
* Punctuality and reliability
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
* Current CPR Certification required
* Nationally Certified Training Certificate required
* High School diploma/GED equivalent required

Physical Demands:

* Continual standing and walking during shift
* Continual talking with members and staff in person or on the phone during shift
* Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
