Grant Development and Compliance Director

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Development and Compliance Director to join our team at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center. This role will be responsible for directing and monitoring the health center's grant development, management, and compliance activities.

">Key Responsibilities:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying grant opportunities, working with appropriate personnel to develop and submit grant applications, providing grant management activities including grant reporting to funding agencies and department heads, ensuring compliance with required grant reporting and administration by federal, state, local, and foundation entities.
">This role will also involve working closely with Accounting, Administration, Budget & Finance department personnel and all grant managers to ensure that awards are properly reconciled to developed budgets, disbursements are in accordance with award stipulations, and reports are submitted timely to senior management officers for signoffs.
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline, CPA or MBA preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A minimum of eight years of professional accounting and management experience is required, including at least three years of progressive management experience in a non-profit setting, and/or the administration of grants and contracts, preferably in a non-profit organization or public institution.
">You will also need demonstrated ability to understand oral and written documentation, write reports and procedures, and communicate effectively in a variety of situations.
">Salary:
">$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
