Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

Piedmont Access to Health Services, Inc. (PATHS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our team. As a Family Physician, you will provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, from birth to geriatric, in a supportive and evidence-based practice environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  
• Supervise mid-level providers and delegate authority as needed.
  
• Review patient charts for quality of care and make recommendations for improvement.
  
• Participate in on-call schedule and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  
• Work collaboratively with other clinical staff to establish clinical protocols and measures.
  
• Follow established agency policies, procedures, and objectives.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
  
• Current licensure to practice in the state of Virginia.
  
• Current DEA certificate.
  
• Board Certification preferred.
  
• CPR Certified.
  
• Credentialed per Community Health Center Policies and Procedures for billing services under Medicare/Medicaid.
