Job Title: Director, Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our technological initiatives and oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with our company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage the company's internal IT vision and infrastructure resources.
  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class Cloud IT infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and able to adapt to evolving technology and threats.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet functional objectives.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships and control infrastructure costs to improve the bottom-line of the organization.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the InfoSec team to ensure a secure IT infrastructure and achieve necessary compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in an IT department with a strong strategic thinking and ability to align IT objectives to overall business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, networks, and emerging technologies, catering to both Windows and Mac users in a cloud-native environment.
  • Experience leading complex IT projects, including rolling out new IT platforms.
  • Familiarity with common SaaS apps.
  • Strong track record of delivering results, and demonstrated understanding of both the technical and business aspects of information technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Prior experience working in organizations with compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA) requirements.
