Kitchen Sanitation Specialist

We are excited to announce a culinary position at Lyman Orchards Golf Club, a premier golf course managed by Troon Golf. As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, you will be working closely with our Executive Chef to develop and hone your skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping floors, and ensuring proper disposal of garbage.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Store all dishes and other wares in their designated areas to maintain organization and efficiency.
• Incorporate safe work practices into daily job performance, prioritizing employee and customer safety.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including washing and sanitizing all dishes, cleaning the kitchen after close, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• A minimum of one year's experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
