ACS Administrator Job Description

Albany Christian School seeks a dedicated and experienced Christian School Administrator to lead our school community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Christian education, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide spiritual leadership to the school staff and student body
Oversee the administration of the school, including budgeting, scheduling, and staff supervision
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of students and staff
Represent the school in a professional and positive manner, both within the school community and in the broader community

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in education administration
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
Commitment to Christian education and values
