Job Summary

Sales Associates at PVH Corp. are brand ambassadors who create an emotional connection between customers and the brand. They consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand. As part of a team focused on delivering top-line sales results, Sales Associates are responsible for creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, focusing on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and conversion.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and always place the customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to management.

Requirements

Prior retail experience preferred.
High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
