We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Program Manager to join our team in Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality energy audits and ensuring quality control across multiple programs and clients.

About the Role
As an Energy Efficiency Program Manager, you will oversee the field and internal verification process, manage a team of energy auditors, and develop and implement energy audit protocols and QA/QC requirements. You will also conduct onsite inspections, write inspection reports, and provide solutions to remedy failed inspections. Additionally, you will work closely with contractors, customers, and internal teams to ensure program integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement energy audit protocols and QA/QC requirements
  • Manage a team of energy auditors and trade allies
  • Conduct onsite inspections and write inspection reports
  • Provide solutions to remedy failed inspections and improve program efficiency
  • Work closely with contractors, customers, and internal teams to ensure program integrity and compliance

Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to South, Central, or North Indiana within 30 days of acceptance
  • Must obtain a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel up to 25-75% of the time
  • 2+ years' experience in a quality control and quality assurance role, or consulting, energy efficiency, or utility experience highly desired
  • Knowledge of building science, construction, and technical expertise is required
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (limited overnight travel)
  • Experience with SnuggPro a plus
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as three weeks paid vacation per year, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with employee matching funds, a discretionary bonus, and an overall comprehensive benefits package.
