Job Summary

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced Production Assembler to join our team at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual and mechanized assembly operations, adhering to safety and quality requirements, and following work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Setup and operate CNC equipment, perform manual and mechanized assembly operations, and process specifications using hand tools, machinery, and other equipment. Ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements, and follow work instructions. Perform other operations such as loading and unloading components into tooling and powders into cups to press.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in CNC operation with setup experience, and possess general knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Work Environment

The physical demands of this position include work lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, repetitive motions, stooping, balancing, pushing, pulling, coordinating, talking, and hearing. The work environment characteristics include appropriate safety equipment, exposure to noise, and the handling of pyrotechnic materials.
