Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job Description
This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to ensure efficient delivery of products to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Safely operating a tractor/trailer to transport products to and from specified destinations.
- Loading and unloading trailers, including manual and palletized loading/unloading.
- Lifting heavy objects over 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Reviewing weight limits on manifests, counting cases, and using visual aids to ensure accuracy.
- Operating an electronic logging device to track hours and maintain compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- No less than 100,000 verifiable accident-free miles or more than 2,500 accident-free hours.
- The ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
