About the Job:

This is a hybrid position that offers flexibility and autonomy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong business partnerships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to pursue them

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans

* Develop and present persuasive pitches to secure new business and expand existing client relationships

* Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth

* Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and progress towards goals

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the facilities services industry

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
