Leadership Development Program Overview

The Polaris Sales Leadership Development Program is a two-year development program designed to accelerate career development for recent college graduates. This program provides a unique opportunity to work in various sales roles, building a solid business foundation and gaining leadership and field experience.

Selection Process

Applications will be open from September to December 2024. Selected candidates will participate in a MS Teams panel interview with HR and business leaders. Upon accepting an offer, participants will collaborate with the Early Talent team to be matched with their first rotational assignment, team, and location through a thorough matching process.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate between sites for rotations and beyond.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Active leadership experience in student organizations or work experiences.
