As an Automotive Technician with Transdev Fleet Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing light and heavy-duty vehicles to ensure readiness and safety. Your responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections. You will also diagnose and perform all vehicle and equipment repair phases, including brakes, suspensions, engines, drivetrains, transmissions, and other repairs. Additionally, you will ensure work orders are completed accurately and assist with road calls and emergency services as necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of automotive or diesel maintenance and repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education and experience. You must also possess a valid driver's license and a mechanic's tool set. ASE certifications are preferred, and you must be willing to participate in the company ASE certification program. You will also be subject to DOT drug testing.
