About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Care Specialist to join our hospital team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our patients and their families during their stay with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication among caregivers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics and promote self-care and empowerment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada
  • At least one year of acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
