Job Summary: As a Retail Eyewear Consultant at LensCrafters, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in the eyewear industry.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with patients and customers
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed
  • Utilize sales skills to meet sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need high school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience in retail or customer service, and strong communication skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
