Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Guests: Provide a warm welcome to all guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Seat Parties: Ensure that guests are seated promptly and efficiently, taking into account any special requests or preferences.
  • Manage Reservations: Handle guest reservations over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate information and timely seating.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude. A background in hospitality or a related field would be an asset.
