Job Summary:

Innovative Human Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a DSP for Medical Needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental illness in their homes, promoting independent living skills and social boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients in developing healthy relationships and friendships.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • No valid driver's license is required for some positions, although it is preferred.
  • Strong desire to help others and create positive relationships with individuals served.
