Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate an exceptional experience for our guests, ensuring their safety and satisfaction while navigating across bridges and ropes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Registration and Equipment Supply: Register guests for the ropes course and supply them with the necessary equipment, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Education and Safety Protocol: Educate guests on the ropes course experience, proper technique, and the use of equipment, as well as adhering to proper safety protocols.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
