Job Title: State Tested Nursing Assistant

At The Laurels of West Carrollton, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
  • Care for the guests' environment, ensuring a clean and safe space.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with eating and hydration, ensuring guests receive adequate nutrition and fluids.
  • Observe guests' skin and report any changes to the licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed.
  • Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, providing emotional support and connection.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • STNA certification required.
