Salary Range

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care at our long-term care facility.

As an LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications accurately and on schedule, assessing and dressing wounds, conducting resident assessments, guiding Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in direct patient care, and performing various clinical procedures and treatments as directed.

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

This is a night shift opportunity, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensure: Current LPN licensure in good standing
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience: Gerontology or long-term care experience preferred; medication administration training required
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR certification
