Front Desk Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the front desk, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and services, sharing this knowledge with guests to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a High School diploma (or equivalent) and preferably three to six months of related experience. You must be a people-person, able to interact with guests and team members in a polite and positive manner at all times. You will also need to be flexible, able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
