Job Overview


This exciting opportunity will challenge you to develop and execute comprehensive product development strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. You will also be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers at key growers, driving adoption, and transitioning from launches to scale-up of larger market sales processes.



Key Responsibilities




  • Help shape and prioritize Suterra's global Product Development roadmap by delivering market analyses and developing business cases, driven by grower needs and emerging trends




  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product development projects on time, and on budget




  • Develop Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches and existing product and service enhancements




  • Build relationships with decision-makers at key growers and drive adoption, acting as the primary interface




  • Collaborate with the Commercial facing teams to transition from launches to scale-up of larger market sales processes





Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



Education and Experience




  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field, engineering, or similar scientific disciplines




  • 5+ years experience in agriculture or related fields, manufacturing, or other industries where physical product development plays a critical role




  • Working knowledge of commercial agriculture, grower operations, and the associated inputs required for success





Salary and Benefits


The salary for this position is estimated to be between $110,000 and $150,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus opportunity. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for growth and development.
