This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing budgeting and financial planning across the College, ensuring the financial stability and sustainability of our institution.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage the College's annual budget, aligning it with our strategic goals and objectives
* Monitor and manage the execution of the budget, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
* Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior leadership
* Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor and communicate the College's financial stability and sustainability

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, and planning, preferably within a higher education setting
* Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting techniques, and financial reporting
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
