Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director of Anesthesia Services at CAMC Health System. As a seasoned CRNA, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and drive clinical excellence.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in anesthesia management and leadership. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the anesthesia department, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between contracted anesthesiologist group and CAMC to ensure proper function & staffing of the anesthesia department.
  • Perform clinical anesthesia duties for Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Liaise with the School of Anesthesia to ensure appropriate learning opportunities for SRNAs.
  • Maintain policies and procedures in DMS.
  • Responsible for safety reporting and grievances.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
