Dedicated Trades Specialist

A career position offering stability, with no rain-outs, and a fixed schedule at one location. The ideal candidate will possess considerable knowledge of tools, materials, and their application, as well as the ability to work from sketches or blueprints.

• 3-4 years of verifiable experience in carpentry, with education from a vocational program, apprenticeship, or Junior College contributing to experience.
• Considerable knowledge of tool safety and occupational hazards, as well as proper use of safety devices and practices.
• Ability to take measurements, calculate material needs, and plan, layout, and perform carpentry work without supervision.
• Detail-oriented with good understanding of basic math, able to adhere to tight schedules while maintaining work quality.
• Familiarity with framing, rough-in carpentry, door, and window installation, as well as reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.

• 4-5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, including welding and metal fabrication skills (preferred).
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical systems, vinyl flooring, tile installation, drywall repairs, paint preparation, trim/millwork installation, cabinetry, and cabinet hardware.
• Forklift experience and a good understanding of quality control principles are also desirable.
