Sales Executive

Gable Search Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in New Home Sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for augmenting our growing business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and objection handling processes to close sales and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in new home sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals, including prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Real estate license not required, but highly desirable.
