Tax Senior Position

A leading Public Accounting firm is looking for a Tax Senior to join their team. This exciting opportunity allows the candidate to work with a stable and growing firm offering clients valuable knowledge and expertise in tax. With the firm's recent growth, there is a chance for a Tax Senior to contribute to a team of highly motivated staff, assisting with both financials and Tax returns.

Tax Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will review and manage tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.
  • They will provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients, researching and interpreting complex tax regulations.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key responsibility.
  • Assisting in resolving tax-related issues and staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations are also essential duties.
  • Collaboration with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions is crucial.

Tax Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in tax preparation and review is required.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards, are expected.

Tax Remuneration:
  • $85,000-$145,000 annually.
  • A competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and PTO.
