As a Registered Nurse - NICU III, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients in the NICU and Newborn Nursery. You will participate in developing and implementing policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting the standards of Practice for a Level II and Level III NICU and managing assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
You will also participate in activities to plan, measure, assess, and improve the quality of patient care. Your neonatal assessment skills will be essential in identifying and addressing any issues related to gestational age assessments, nursing care, and performing tasks such as STABLE and NRP certification within 90 days of hire.

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current RN license in Texas and/or current Compact License.
- Current BCLS certification required.
- NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
- STABLE preferred.
- 1 year of current NICU experience required.
