Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As an expert in collision repair, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing vehicle damage, working closely with customers to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.

Salary: Estimated $62,000 - 170,000 per year, based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess Vehicle Damage: Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas of damage and develop repair plans that meet customer requirements.
  • Repair Vehicles: Utilize advanced techniques and tools to restore vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality results and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work with Customers: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on repair progress.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other repair specialists and support staff to achieve repair goals and exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Technical School Program or Apprenticeship: Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repair specialist is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
